Shipping policy
Complementary Shipping, UK & International
- For domestic shipping, expect to receive your Avila Vara piece from DPD or UPS within 3-4 weeks after confirmation of purchase.
- For international orders, your item is sent priority DPD or UPS, and will take 3-5 weeks to reach you after confirmation of purchase.
- Shipping is complementary on our international orders, but the import and export duties will be added to your bill upon confirmation of your purchase.
Expedited Shipping
If you require your order for a specific event (engagement, wedding, vacation, etc), please let us know when you place your order and inform us immediately if you wish to ensure rush delivery. We can, under certain circumstances, offer rush delivery for 10% expedited fee which is added on to the purchase price total inclusive of VAT. Unfortunately, for non-domestic orders, we are currently unable to offer rush delivery.
Keeping you Informed
- We will let you know when it your Avila Vara piece has undergone its final inspection and is being packed for delivery
- We will send you your shipping confirmation details, so that you know when to expect your item from DPD or UPS
