Refund policy
Avila Vara is about making you feel good and about enjoying beauty unabashedly. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we want you to be ‘to the moon’ about your Avila Vara creation. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you may request a refund from us within thirty (30) days of receipt of your item. We accept returns for any reason for any item, provided it is pristine condition, and the security tags are intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been customised, engraved, worn, used, altered, or damaged.
To request a refund, email us your request at clientcare@avilavara.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your product. When we receive such request from you, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Upon receipt of your item, we carry out a basic inspection prior to approving your refund. Subject to inspection, we will then provide you with a refund of your purchase price along with any shipping fees you may have paid. Processing your refund request could take several days, so please be patient.
